API Guest Limits by Account Type

To ensure fair usage and service stability, we are introducing new limits on the number of guests that can be added via API for each Qflow account type during the current monthly subscription period.

Account Type

API Guest Limit (per monthly subscription period)

Qflow Free

75 guests across all events

Qflow Starter

1,500 guests across all events

Qflow Pro

35,000 guests across all events

Enterprise

Not subject to these fixed limits (refer to your contract for details)

Understanding the Limits

These guest limits apply to the total number of guests you add via API to any target Qflow account, summed across all events in that account, within the current monthly subscription period.

Exceeding Your Limit

If you exceed the guest limit for the target account, any further API calls to add guests will be blocked and return a `403 Forbidden` response.

How to Increase Your Limit

To continue adding guests via the API above the allowed limit, you must upgrade the target account to the appropriate plan. Once the account has been upgraded, you may resend your API calls. This process is fully automated; no manual intervention or ad hoc requests are required.
