How to Send an Invite
Choose an Event
From your event listing, select a forthcoming event.Find or Create a Guest
Search for an existing guest, or
Create a new guest (ensuring you save their email address).
Open the Invites Tab
Click on the Invites tab.Select an Invite Template
Click the invite dropdown arrow to pick a specific invite.
Send the Invitation
Click Send invitation to email the invite directly to your guest.
All sent invites appear in the guest’s Invites tab for future reference.
Note: Guests must have an email address saved to their profile before you can send an invite over the Internet.
Previewing an Invite
Click Print / Preview Invitation to see how the invite will look before sending.
Resending an Invite
Use the Resend button (on the right-hand side of the sent invite listing) to resend at any time.
Important
Important: Before you can send an invite directly from a guest’s profile, you must first complete the full invite creation and sending process. Follow these steps:
Open the Invite Workflow
On your event page, select the Invite Guests button (blue).
Choose an Unsent Invite Template
From the list displayed, select the unsent invite you wish to send.
Save & Continue
Click the Save & Continue button at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down and click Save & Continue again.
Select Group Tags
Under Select 1 or more tags, pick a group guest tag to target for sending.
Prepare to Send
Click Prepare to Send to move to the final review page.
Send the Invite
Review the information on this page.
Select Send Now to complete the invite sending process.
Troubleshooting
Invite Highlighted in Red
This indicates that your invite is still under moderation by our support team. During GMT business hours (08:00–20:00), moderation usually takes 10–20 minutes, but it may take longer outside these hours.Instant Sending with KYC
