Creating Single Guests via the Web Dashboard
In your event listing, click on the name of the event you want to manage.
Select Guest, then choose Create Guest.
In the pop-up window, enter your guest’s full name in the top field.
In the bottom field, add the guest type (e.g., Guest List, VIP, Staff, Press).
Click Add Guest. Your new guest will then appear in your event’s guest list.
(Optional) Adding Additional Guest Information
Prefix
You can add a prefix (e.g., Mr., Mrs., Miss., Dr., Lord, Lady) to further personalize the guest profile.Other Name
This field typically holds a guest’s middle name or any additional name information.Email
Include the guest’s email address—this is particularly important if you plan to send them an e-invite.Tags
Use a group ID tag for tracking and categorizing your guests (e.g., VIP, Sponsor). Tags are also useful for group-based attendee statistics.Guest Notes
This field can be used for specific details like seat assignments, ID numbers, or phone numbers.Plus 1
Add unnamed plus-one guests to a main guest’s profile. These additional guests can be checked in either with the main guest or separately.Group Check-In (tick box)
Enabling this option will allow the system to check in the main guest and any plus-one guests at the same time when the main guest checks in.

How to Add a Guest
Open the Guest List
Select the Guest list tab at the top of the screen.Choose “Add Guest”
Click the Add guest link in the header area.Enter Guest Name
Tap the name fields and input the guest’s name.Add Optional Information
Include any extra details you’d like to capture.Add Group ID Tags
Click Edit tags to attach existing group ID tags.
Or create and add a new group ID tag for this guest.
Add Guest Notes
Tap inside the Add guest notes field to record specific notes about the guest.Add Additional (Plus 1) Guests
Tap the Plus 1’s (+) button to specify the number of extra guests accompanying the lead name.Complete the Process
Select the Add guest button to finalise your addition.
