Domain Reputation and Sender Address Rejected

Email security systems can sometimes block or delay invite delivery, particularly when sending to corporate email addresses with strict security policies.

Why Invites May Be Blocked

Corporate email systems often apply aggressive spam filtering that can prevent invites from reaching recipients. This is outside of Qflow's control and varies by organisation.

Recommended Actions

  • Whitelist the sender address - if you are sending in bulk to a particular company domain, ask the recipient's IT team to whitelist support@qflow.email

  • Use a custom domain - you can configure Qflow to send from your own domain name. This can improve delivery in some cases, though it depends on your domain's reputation.

Sending from a custom domain may improve or hinder delivery depending on your domain's existing email reputation.
