1. Create an Event
Click the Create event button (blue).
Enter an Event Name, Start Time, and End Time.
Add Yourself as a Guest:
Go to Guest > Create Guest.
Fill in your full name, and guest tag and then select OK.
Note: You must have at least one guest before accessing the Invite area.
You can optionally add other guest attributes, including prefix, middle name (Other name), email, Group ID tags (Tags), and guest notes. These details can later appear as personalized inserts in your e-invite.
Important: After adding or editing details, click the Save button to store the guest profile information.
2. Create an Event E-Invite
Return to your event by clicking its name near the top of the screen.
Select the Invite button to access the default invite template.
Customize your invite using the available fields:
Header Image and Rich Text Editor for content.
Invite Name, Sender ID, Reply-To Email Address.
Guest Personalized Inserts (e.g., guest name, notes).
Preview your invite on the right-hand side.
When satisfied, scroll down and select Save and continue.
3. Send a Test E-Invite
On the Pre-Send screen, choose PDF or HTML format.
Enter your own email in the Test Invite field.
Select Send test to receive a live test invite in your inbox.
4. Scanning a Test Invite
Once you receive the test invite, open it on a separate device or print it out. Launch the Qflow check-in app, tap the Scan icon, and hover your camera over the barcode. Qflow will instantly validate the barcode, confirming that your invite scanning process works correctly!

Download the Qflow App
Visit the App Store or Google Play Store.
Search for Qflow for Events Check-In and install.
Onboarding
Open the app and swipe through the onboarding slides.
Select I have an account already.
Sign In
Enter your user email and password to log in.
Select the Test Event
Once logged in, you’ll see a list of available events.
Tap your test event to download it.
Access the Scan Area
After the download completes, the app will take you to the Scan screen.
Tap to Scan
Press the blue Tap to Scan button.
Hover your device’s camera over the QR code on the PDF or HTML invite.
A successful scan will confirm the invite code.
Test Duplicate Scans
Scan the code again to see how the app handles already-scanned tickets.
