A quick guide to installing the b-pac extension for controlling your Brother printer badge labels from your computer (WINDOWS ONLY).

Installing the the Chrome b-pac browser extension (WINDOWS ONLY)

  1. Open the Chrome web browser on your computer.

  2. Install this software from Brother before proceeding b-PAC software

  3. Click this direct link for the b-PAC Extension

  4. Click on the "Add to Chrome" button next to the b-pac Chrome Extension.

  5. A confirmation dialog will appear. Click on the "Add extension" button to proceed.

  6. Once the extension is added, you will see the b-pac icon appear in the Chrome toolbar, usually located in the top-right corner of the browser window.

  7. Connect your Brother label printer to your computer using a USB cable or establish a wireless connection if applicable. Follow the printer's setup instructions to ensure it is connected and ready to use.

  8. Click on the b-pac icon in the Chrome toolbar to open the extension.

  9. The b-pac Chrome Extension interface will appear. Select your connected Brother printer from the list of available printers.

Installing the Firefox b-pac browser extension (WINDOWS ONLY)

  1. Firefox browser option - Click and download this file

  2. Select Firefox from app list and then click OK. Extension is installed and you're ready!
