Installing the Brother QL-1110NWB Label Printer
Badge printing is currently available for Windows only.
Setup Steps
Unpack the printer and confirm all included accessories are present (power cord, USB cable, label roll).
Connect the power cord and plug it into a power outlet. Turn on the printer using the power button.
Open the printer cover and insert the label roll, aligning it properly so the end of the roll feeds through the guides.
Connect the printer to your computer or network:
USB - connect the USB cable between the printer and your computer.
Wired network - connect an Ethernet cable between the printer and your network router or switch.
Wireless network - navigate to the Network or Wireless settings on the printer's control panel and select your wireless network. Enter the network password if prompted.
Install printer drivers and software:
Insert the provided CD, or download the latest drivers from the Brother website.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Configure printer settings on the control panel (label size, darkness, paper feed mode) as needed.
Perform a test print with a blank label to confirm the printer is working correctly.
Your Brother QL-1110NWB printer is now ready to use. Refer to the printer's user manual or the Brother website for troubleshooting.
