  1. Unpack the printer: Remove the printer from its packaging and ensure that all the included accessories, such as power cord, USB cable, and label roll, are present.

  2. Power on the printer: Connect the power cord to the printer and plug it into a power outlet. Turn on the printer using the power button.

  3. Install the label roll: Open the printer cover and insert the label roll into the printer. Make sure the label roll is aligned properly and the end of the roll is fed through the guides.

  4. Connect the printer to a computer or network:

    • For USB connection: Connect one end of the USB cable to the printer and the other end to an available USB port on your computer.

    • For wired network connection: Connect an Ethernet cable to the printer and connect the other end to your network router or switch.

    • For wireless network connection: On the printer's control panel, navigate to the "Network" or "Wireless" settings and select your wireless network. Enter the network password, if prompted.

  5. Install printer drivers and software:

    • For Windows: Insert the provided CD into your computer's CD/DVD drive, or download the latest drivers and software from the Brother website. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the necessary drivers and software.

    • Please note - Label printing is not available on Mac computers

  6. Configure printer settings:

    • For basic settings: On the printer's control panel, you can adjust settings such as label size, darkness, and paper feed mode.

  7. Perform a test print: Load a sample label or blank label roll into the printer and print a test label to ensure that the printer is set up correctly and functioning properly.

That's it! Your Brother QL-1110NWB printer should now be set up and ready to use. Refer to the printer's user manual or the Brother website for more detailed instructions and troubleshooting steps if needed.
