Custom Domain - Sending Invites from Your Own Email Domain

You can configure Qflow to send invites from your own email domain instead of the default Qflow sender address. This requires a technical setup call with the Qflow team to configure the necessary DNS records.

DNS Configuration

During the setup call, you will need to add the following DNS records for your custom domain:

  • MX records - Mail Exchanger records for routing email

  • TXT records - for domain verification and authentication

  • CNAME records - may be required depending on your configuration

Test and Verify

After the DNS records are configured, complete these verification steps:

  1. Send test emails from your custom domain to confirm they are delivered successfully and not marked as spam.

  2. Verify that the email headers and other details reflect your custom domain

Once testing is complete, your custom email domain appears in the From address field on the invite creation page.

To set up your custom domain, contact support@qflow.io.
