To further customise Invites we offer the ability for users to setup and send invites directly from their own domain. This requires a technical call with one of our team to set up and configure the necessary DNS records for your custom domain.
Typically, you'll need to add MX (Mail Exchanger) records, TXT records, and possibly CNAME records.
Test and verify: After completing the setup we will request that you:
Send test emails from your custom domain to ensure they are delivered successfully and are not marked as spam.
Verify that the email headers and other details reflect your custom domain.
Once setup and testing is complete your custom email domain will be displayed in the From address field on your web dashboard event Invite creation page.
