Scanning a barcoded ticket

1. Select the SCAN tab followed by the TAP TO SCAN button to open the scanning page.

2. Place the barcode approximately 10 cm away from your device and within the on-screen white scan frame.

3. Once the barcode is correctly positioned the scanner will automatically scan the barcode with a successful scan represented by a positive beep and an unmatched or duplicate barcode represented with a negative buzz. 


Please note - if you are attempting to scan in a low light environment please run Qflow on a smartphone and consider using the light option when scanning the barcode. This will ensure a quick scanning experience.
