Team Member Dashboard

Team members with the "Team" role have their own dashboard. It shows all events they're assigned to and provides direct access to any guest allocation profiles.


Logging In

Team members log in using the credentials provided by their admin.

  1. Go to the Qflow login page.

  2. Enter your team member username and password.

  3. Click Sign In.

You are redirected to the Team Member Dashboard automatically. Team members do not see the full admin dashboard — only the events and allocations relevant to them.

Your admin creates your login credentials when adding you as a team member. If you don't have credentials, contact your admin.


Events List

The dashboard displays a table of all events you're assigned to. Each row shows the event name and date.


Accessing Your Allocation Profile

If an admin has allocated guest list slots to you for an event, a View Allocation Profile button appears in that event's row.

  1. Find the event in your events list.

  2. Click View Allocation Profile.

This opens your Profile page, where you can see your remaining allocations per tag, manage draft forms, and view sent forms.

If no View Allocation Profile button appears for an event, it means your admin has not yet allocated guest slots to you for that event.


Accessing Your Profile Without Logging In

You don't need to log in every time you want to manage your guest allocation. When you receive your allocation notification email, it contains a direct link to your Profile page. This link works without authentication — bookmark it for quick access.

Important: Your profile link contains a unique key. Do not share it with anyone unless you intend to give them access to your allocation.
