Pre event
We design and upload a print-at-home badge into the Qflow for events system. This badge design includes a unique per guest barcode along with the delegates attributes.
Badges are sent to the delegates via our internal email system with all guest entry data added automatically to Qflow for events in readiness for check-in scanning.
On site registration
Delegate badges are placed in lanyards and securely scanned on entry.
On-site registration and badge reprinting is handled via the Qflow for events web dashboard with a linked standard printer.
Exhibitors have the option to download the Qflow for events check-in app and set the scanning app for lead retrieval via a simple scan of the badge.
