Hide ticket scanner data in guest list search results

This setting will filter all ticket scanner data from your name only guest list search results.

If your event uses both barcode scanning and manual guest list check-in, you can hide barcoded guests from the guest list to avoid duplicates in search results.

How to enable

  1. Select the Settings tab.

  2. Toggle Hide barcode guests in guest list to the on position.

  3. Return to the Guest list tab to continue check-in.

Note - This only hides guests that have a barcode assigned. Guests without barcodes still appear in guest list searches as normal.
