Guest notes validation pop up after a ticket scan

This setting creates a guest notes pop up after a barcode scan. The check-in host can then reference the notes prior to confirming check-in.

Enable this setting to display a pop up with the guest's notes after each barcode scan. This gives the host a chance to review guest details before confirming check-in.

How to enable

  1. Log in to your event on the Qflow check-in app.

  2. Select the Settings tab.

  3. Toggle Validate prompt on check-in to the on position.

  4. Return to the Scan tab.

Each scanned barcode now triggers a pop up showing the guest's notes. Review the information and confirm check-in.

Tip - This is useful for events where guests have specific requirements, dietary needs, or VIP notes that door staff need to act on at entry.
