Guest notes validation pop up after a ticket scan

This setting creates a guest notes pop up after a barcode scan. The check-in host can then reference the notes prior to confirming check-in.

  1. Log into your event on the Qflow check-in app.

  2. Go to the Settings tab.

  3. Scroll down and toggle the Validate prompt after scan to the on position in the Advanced settings section.

  4. Return to the scan window by selecting the Scan tab.

Now every time a barcode is scanned the accompanying guest notes will be displayed in onscreen pop up. The host can then reference the notes prior to confirming check-in.
