Sending multiple invite templates to segments of your guest list:
Data management
Create a separate column in your upload data.
Add a unique group identifier Tags and add them against the desired guests (in the row / column cells).
Qflow data file import
During the import process make sure to column match your unique group ID Tag column to the Tags column match drop down option during the import process.
Now all your guests that include the unique ID Tag will have their group ID Tag attached in Qflow. You can see these group Tags via the filter stats on an event page, within the checkin app Stats >Filter and on a guest profile within the Tags box.
Sending invites to segments of your guest list based on group ID's
During the final stage of the invite sending process you then add the required available group ID tag(s). Click inside the Select 1 or more Tags box and select the required group tag(s) from the dropdown (see below image for reference).
Now when you click through and send you'll only send the invite in question to the selected group of guests.
