Sending Multiple Invite Templates to Segments of Your Guest List
You can send different invite templates to different groups of guests by using tags to segment your guest list.
Prepare Your Guest Data
Add a separate column in your guest data file for group identifiers.
Enter a unique tag for each guest segment (e.g. VIP, Speaker, Press) in the corresponding rows.
Import with Tags
During the import process, match your group identifier column to the Tags option in the column matching dropdown.
Once imported, guests with matching tags are grouped together. You can view these tags through the filter stats on the event page, within the check-in app Stats > Filter, and on individual guest profiles in the Tags box.
Send Invites by Segment
Proceed through the invite sending process until you reach the final stage.
Click inside the Select 1 or more Tags box and select the group tag(s) you want to target from the dropdown.
Click through to send. Only guests with the selected tag(s) receive the invite.
