We've made it easy to understand how well your checkin team are performing.
Once you have created a team member for your event, all their guest checkin figures are automatically generated and included in your default guest checkin filter statistics.
To see your individual checkin team performance statistics, as well as who they checked in by name record:
Results by total checked in
Go to your web dashboard event.
Click inside the top right hand side filter box marked with Add filter.
Scroll down and select a team member from the drop down list.
You'll now see the selected team member checked in figure on the left hand side.
Results by guest name
Go to your web dashboard event.
Click inside the lower right hand side filter box marked with Add filter.
Scroll down and select a team member from the drop down list.
You'll now see the selected team member check ins listed by guest below.
Real time snap shot of your teams checkin performance
Select the Export button on your event web page
Select the HTML button to open a web page that displays a real time snap shot of event attendee statistics including a breakdown of your checkin team's performance.
