Check out mode for rescanning departing attendees.

Switch the Qflow for events check-in app to checkout mode and rescan a guests ticket to check them out.

Switch to Checkout mode and rescan departing guest barcodes. All check out mode scans will generate a checked out statistic which can be referenced via the Stats tab on the check-in app and on the web dashboard event page.

  1. Log into your event on the Qflow check-in app.

  2. Go to the Settings tab.

  3. Scroll down and toggle the Scan checkout mode to the on position in the Advanced settings section.

  4. Return to the scan window by selecting the Scan tab.

  5. You will notice a small checkout icon in the top right of the Ready to scan screen. This alerts the user the check-in app is in Check out mode.
