PLEASE NOTE - Events that have completed (have passed the set end time) are no longer displayed and made available for download on the check-on app.

If you are logged into an event on the check-in app and the end time elapses you may be presented with a "Session has timed out" pop up. You will then need to log out of the app and update the event end time to access the event on the check-in app.

  • To make a completed event available on the check-in app - update the event end time via your web dashboard event page.
