Pre event
- We design and upload a print-at-home badge into the Qflow for events system. This badge design includes a unique per guest barcode along with the delegates attributes.
- Badges are sent to the delegates via our internal email system with all guest entry data added automatically to Qflow for events in readiness for check-in scanning.
On site registration
- Delegate badges are placed in lanyards and securely scanned on entry.
- On-site registration and badge reprinting is handled via the Qflow for events web dashboard with a linked standard printer.
- Exhibitors have the option to download the Qflow for events check-in app and set the scanning app for lead retrieval via a simple scan of the badge.
