Select the Filter text link in the header.

Select the Deselect All button. This will turn off all your grouped-by guest filters.

Toggle one or more grouped-by guest filters to the on position.

Select the back arrow in the top left of the screen to return to your Guest list.

All search results will now only display guests from the filter groups selected.
