Set up ticket scanning to only allow the Qflow for events check-in app to successfully scan selected ticket types.

  1. Select the Settings tab. This is listed far right on the tabs banner.

  2. Toggle the Apply filter to scan button to the on position.

  3. Return to the Guest list tab and select the Filter text link in the header.

  4. Select the Deselect All button to turn off all filter data options.

  5. Select one or more Ticket types and/or Tags that you would like to check-in via barcode scanning.

  6. Select the back arrow top left to return to the guest list.

  7. Select the Scan tab and commence ticket scanning.
