Problem ticket scanning - Search and admit a ticket by name

You can manually search and admit a ticket using a guests name when a printed ticket is damaged and cannot be scanned successfully.

  1. Select the Can't scan ticket link in the header of the Scan page.

  2. Select the Search by customer name option from the onscreen pop up.

  3. Enter the guest name or initials and press OK.

  4. Select the correct name from the results list.
