How to add an RVSP button to your email body content on your invite.
Select the Include RSVP button when creating an invite
An RSVP button will now be added to your invite email body.
Once your recipient selects the RSVP button they will be taken to a web page where they can confirm whether or not they are attending your event.

How to check who's accepted and not accepted your RVSP.
You can check how many of your guests have accepted or declined your RSVP by using the filter boxes on your Qflow for events web dashboard. The upper search filter will give you the count for both attending (I'm attending) and non attending ( in real time
