The Qflow for events check app runs and syncs with all other web connected devices that are running the Qflow for events check-in app and are logged into the same event.
This allows you to have multiple door staff using Qflow at each of your event entry points all checking in from synced devices.
To maintain real time syncing between all devices, you need to be connected to a WiFi connection or via 3G/4G. If you are not connected to a WiFi or 3G/4G connection while admitting guests, the app will continue to work as normal storing all guest data locally on the device (offline capability). As soon as you get back into a WiFi zone or regain a 3G/4G connection all your guest data will sync automatically.
You will know that your data has synced by the number shown in the bottom right hand of the check-in app. It should show a zero ( 0 ) when your device has fully synced your check-in data.
