Creating an Event on the Web Dashboard

First thing to do is create your event on your web dashboard.

Create a New Event

  1. Click the My Events tab in the page header.

  2. Click the blue Create Event button (top left), or select Events > Create Event from the header.

  3. Enter the event name, pick a date option, start time and end time in the pop-up.

  4. Click Create Event in the bottom-right corner of the pop-up.

  5. Your event is now created and listed on your event listings page, ready for you to start adding guests.

More Settings

Select the Pick a date option, if your event starts later than today or tomorrow.

Updating your event times

  1. Select the blue Change text links to update the start and end times of your event.

  2. Select the Update Event button to finalise the update to your event times.

Please note: The check-in app only displays and downloads currently live events. Once an event has finished, it will no longer appear in the app and can only be accessed via the web dashboard for historical reference.
