Setting Up Capacity Monitoring Alerts

Capacity Monitoring allows you to receive automatic email and/or SMS updates at regular intervals, keeping you informed of attendee numbers throughout your event.

Step 1 - Locate the Event

  1. Log in to your Web Dashboard.

  2. Open the relevant event.

  3. Click the blue “More” button on the far right.

  4. In the pop-up window, select Capacity Monitoring.


Step 2 - Enable Capacity Monitoring

  1. A new pop-up window will appear.

  2. Tick the Enable Capacity Monitoring checkbox to activate the feature.


Step 3 - Set Alert Interval

  1. Open the Update Interval drop-down menu.

  2. Select how often you’d like to receive capacity alerts.

    • Available options: 10 min | 15 min | 30 min | 60 min.


Step 4 - Add Notification Recipients

  1. In the pop-up window, enter recipient details:

    • Email field: Add the email address(es) of all recipients who should receive alerts. Separate multiple addresses with a comma (,).

    • SMS field: Add the mobile number(s) for text notifications, also separated by commas.

  2. Click Save Notification to confirm your settings.


Step 5 - Confirmation

Once saved, the system will automatically send email and/or SMS alerts to all listed recipients at the selected interval.

  • Tips

  • You can edit or remove recipients at any time by revisiting the Capacity Monitoring settings in your event dashboard.

  • Ensure all phone numbers include the correct country code, and do not include the leading zero.

  • If alerts are not received, check your spam folder or SMS delivery settings.

Please note - Capacity Monitoring Alerts is only available with a Professional subscription.
