Step 1 - Locate the Event
Log in to your Web Dashboard.
Open the relevant event.
Click the blue “More” button on the far right.
In the pop-up window, select Capacity Monitoring.
Step 2 - Enable Capacity Monitoring
A new pop-up window will appear.
Tick the Enable Capacity Monitoring checkbox to activate the feature.
Step 3 - Set Alert Interval
Open the Update Interval drop-down menu.
Select how often you’d like to receive capacity alerts.
Available options: 10 min | 15 min | 30 min | 60 min.
Step 4 - Add Notification Recipients
In the pop-up window, enter recipient details:
Email field: Add the email address(es) of all recipients who should receive alerts. Separate multiple addresses with a comma (,).
SMS field: Add the mobile number(s) for text notifications, also separated by commas.
Click Save Notification to confirm your settings.
Step 5 - Confirmation
Once saved, the system will automatically send email and/or SMS alerts to all listed recipients at the selected interval.

Tips
You can edit or remove recipients at any time by revisiting the Capacity Monitoring settings in your event dashboard.
Ensure all phone numbers include the correct country code, and do not include the leading zero.
If alerts are not received, check your spam folder or SMS delivery settings.
