Session check-in mode
Use session check-in mode to restrict scanning to a single zone or session tag at a time. This is useful for multi-session events where you need to check guests in to specific sessions separately.
Filter check-in to a session
Log into your event on the check-in app.
Go to the Guestlist tab.
Select the Filter link (top right).
Select Deselect all.
Toggle the appropriate zone tag to the On position.
Go back to the Scan tab and begin check-in.
Switch to a different session
When a session ends, switch the filter to the next session's zone tag.
Go to the Filter page via the Guestlist tab.
Toggle the completed session's zone tag to the Off position.
Toggle the next session's zone tag to the On position.
Go back to the Scan tab and begin check-in.
This filtering process also applies to manual name look-up check-in.
