Attendee Statistics Explained (Web Dashboard)

A breakdown of how attendee details are represented on your event page.

Your event page provides a comprehensive set of real-time attendee statistics. This article covers the upper page headcount metrics, flow charts, filters, and reporting options.

Upper Page Statistics

In-Venue Attendee Headcount

A real-time figure showing the number of guests currently at your event.

Tip - Click the pink refresh button (top left, blue box) to update all attendee statistics.

Total Attendance Headcount

A running total of all guests who have attended your event (including those who have since checked out).

Checked-Out Attendee Headcount

A real-time figure of guests who are currently checked out of your event.

Time-Based Attendee Flow Chart

A timestamped graph showing the flow of guests into your event, from the first to the latest check-in.

Filter Headcount By


Lower Page Filters

Filter Guest List Results By

  • Name search - Search by full name, partial name, initials, email, or barcode number.

  • Segmented list - Filter by group ID tag, RSVP status (attending / not attending), or check-in team member.

Tip - You can add multiple filters within the filter box to narrow your results.


Event Reports

Real-Time Statistics Web Page

Click the Event Statistics button to open a separate web page with a graphical headcount report.

PDF Headcount Report (Emailed)

  1. Click Export / Data, then PDF.

  2. Enter the recipient's email address.

  3. A graphical PDF headcount report is sent via email.

Tip - Apply filters before sending the report to generate a filtered PDF.

CSV / Excel Export

Click Export / Data, then choose CSV or Excel to download a full guest-by-guest report.

Tip - Apply filters before exporting to generate a filtered report.

Secure Shareable URL

  1. Click Export / Data, then Share.

  2. Copy the generated secure link using the copy icon and share it with trusted team members.

  3. To revoke access, click Re-generate to create a new link and disable the previous one.

Tip - Apply filters before sharing the link to generate a filtered statistics page.
