Attendee statistics explained (Web dashboard)

A breakdown of how attendee details are represented on your event page.

We provide a comprehensive set of real time attendee statistics on your event page:

[Upper page filter options]

In-venue attendee headcount - A real time figure based on the number of guests at your event.

Please click the pink ↻ refresh button (blue box, top left) to update any of the following attendee statistics.

Total attendance headcount - A running total figure of guests that have attended your event.

Checked out attendee headcount - A real time figure of guests who are currently checked out of your event.

A time based attendee flow chart - A time based graph that represents at timestamped flow of guests into your event from the first to the latest attendee.

Attendee guest list results filtered by:

  • Name search via full / partial / initials / email / barcode number.

  • Segmented list results filtered via group ID tag / RSVP (attending / not attending) / Checkin team member ID.

Please note - You can add additional filters within the filter box to broaden your results.

Full event reports by:

  • Real time snap shot web page link - Click the Event Statistics button to be taken to a separate web page containing a graphical head count event report.

  • Graphical PDF headcount report (emailed) - Select the Export / Data button, PDF button, enter the desired email and a graphical PDF head count event report will be sent via email.

Please note - You can create filtered event reports by clicking inside the filter box and selecting the appropriate filter options prior to sending the report.

  • Downloadable .CSV / Excel file export (full guest list based report) - Select the Export / Data button, .CSV or Excel option and a full by-guest report will be downloaded.

  • Secure shareable URL webpage link - Select the Export / Data button, Share button: A secure private link is generate that you can copy and share with trusted team members.

  • Click the re-generate button to revoke access and generate a new link.
