Import guest and ticket data directly from your Eventbrite or Mailchimp account into a Qflow event.
Import from Eventbrite
Open your event on the web dashboard and click Add Guests > Import Guests.
Click the Eventbrite logo at the top of the import page.
Click Allow to link your Eventbrite account to Qflow.
Your active Eventbrite events appear in the list.
Click the event you want to import. The ticket data transfers into your Qflow event.
(Optional) Click Tag this import to add a group ID tag at this stage.
Click Import Guests.
Select an existing tag from the dropdown or create a new one by typing in the lower field.
Click Import Guests to complete the process.
Note - You must also add a group ID tag at the final import stage.
Import from Mailchimp
Select the Mailchimp logo on the import page and follow the same process as the Eventbrite import above.
