My event is not displaying on the check-in app
Events that have passed their set end time are no longer available for download on the check-in app.
If you are logged into an event when the end time elapses, you may see a Session has timed out pop-up. Log out of the app and update the event end time on the web dashboard to make it available again.
Fix
Open the event on the web dashboard.
Extend the event end time to a future date/time.
Return to the check-in app and download the event.
