Add guests including available guest group ID tags and guest notes.

  1. How to Add a Guest

    1. Open the Guest List
      Select the Guest list tab at the top of the screen.

    2. Choose “Add Guest”
      Click the Add guest link in the header area.

    3. Enter Guest Name
      Tap the name fields and input the guest’s name.

    4. Add Optional Information
      Include any extra details you’d like to capture.

    5. Add Group ID Tags

      • Click Edit tags to attach existing group ID tags.

      • Or create and add a new group ID tag for this guest.

    6. Add Guest Notes
      Tap inside the Add guest notes field to record specific notes about the guest.

    7. Add Additional (Plus 1) Guests
      Tap the Plus 1’s (+) button to specify the number of extra guests accompanying the lead name.

    8. Complete the Process
      Select the Add guest button to finalise your addition.
