What is a guest profile?

Trackable and searchable additional guest information

Every guest in Qflow has a profile, created automatically when you add a guest manually or import a guest list. The profile stores all guest information and provides access to check-in actions.

Fixed fields

  • Guest name - first, middle, and last name.

  • Email address - the guest's contact email.

  • Barcode number - the unique identifier used for check-in scanning.

  • Plus ones - additional unnamed guests attached to the lead name.

  • Admitted plus ones - the number of plus ones already checked in.

  • Guest notes - free-text field for guest-specific information.

Additional features

  • Uploaded tags - tags assigned during creation or import.

  • Manual check-in controls - check in, check out, and block guest actions.

  • E-invites - print, send, or resend a Qflow e-invite directly from the profile.

  • Check-in history - a timestamped log of all check-in activity for the guest.
