You can manage all check-in operations directly from the web dashboard event page, functioning as a box office. This article covers guest creation, updates, e-invites, team management, tallies, check-in/out, blocking, deleting, clearing guests, and tag management.
Guest Creation
Click Add Guests, then select Create Guest.
Enter the guest's name in the pop-up and click Add Guest.
The guest profile opens automatically.
Add or edit guest attributes such as name prefix, first name, other name, last name, email, tags, guest notes, and plus-one guests.
Click the blue Save button to save the profile.
Note - Guest attributes and names can be added as personalised inserts when creating an e-invite.
Updating a Guest
Type the guest's name, initials, guest notes, or barcode into the search field.
Click the guest's name from the results to open their profile.
Update the required attributes.
Click the blue Save button to save changes.
E-Invites
Search for the guest and open their profile.
Navigate to the Invites sub-tab.
Choose the appropriate invite from the dropdown menu.
Use one of the two options:
Preview / Print - Downloads a PDF version of the invite.
Send Invitation - Sends the selected e-invite directly to the guest.
Note - The invite delivery section lists all sent invites and their delivery status. Use the Resend button to send an invite again.

Managing Your Check-In Team
Click the Team button on the event page.
Click Assign team members and admins.
Select an existing team member from the dropdown, or enter a new team member's name and email address.
Click Assign to complete the process.
The team member receives an email with their Qflow check-in app login details.
Note - Team member logins only grant access to the assigned event via the Qflow check-in app. They do not provide access to the web dashboard.

Event Tallies
Tallies are count-based lists for tracking redeemable items or services such as drink tokens, walk-up sales, or merchandise.
Click the Tallies button on the event page.
Enter a name for your tally list and click Create Tally.
Use the (+) and (-) buttons to adjust counts.
To delete a tally, click the red Delete button.
Note - All tallies created for an event are also available on the Qflow check-in app via the Tallies link in the header on the Guest list tab.

Checking In and Out a Guest
Search for the guest and open their profile.
Click Check In to check the guest in. A check-in timestamp appears below their name, and the button changes to Check Out.
Click Check Out to check the guest out. A check-out timestamp appears, and the button reverts to Check In.
Blocking a Guest
Open the guest's profile.
Click Block Guest and enter a reason (this appears on the app when the guest attempts to check in).
Click Block Guest to confirm.
The guest now displays a no-entry icon next to their name with an Unblock button.
To unblock, click Unblock and confirm in the pop-up.
Deleting a Guest
Search for the guest and open their profile.
Scroll down and click Delete Guest.
Type the guest's name and confirm deletion.
Clearing a Guest
Clearing a guest resets their attendance status, removing them from the attendance count.
Open the guest's profile and click Clear Guest.
Create Tags
Click the More button (far right) and select Create Tag.
Enter the tag name and click OK.
The tag is now available across your event, including on the Qflow check-in app.

Delete Tags
Click the More button and select Delete Tag.
Click the red Delete button next to the tag you want to remove.
Warning - If a tag is assigned to one or more guests, you must remove it from those guests first (either via individual guest profiles or by deleting the bulk import list that included the tag).
