Filtering Your Event Attendee Statistics

A quick guide to generating attendee statistics as head-counts and by guest names.

Use the filter boxes on your event page to narrow headcount figures and guest list results by group ID tag, RSVP status, or team member.

Filtering by Headcount (Upper Filter)

  1. Navigate to your event page on the web dashboard.

  2. Click inside the upper-right filter box.

  3. Select the group ID tags you want to monitor from the dropdown.

  4. Click the Apply filter link (upper right of the filter box) to update the headcount in the blue box on the left.

Select All / Unselect All

  • Select All - Click the Select All button (top left of the dropdown) to display all group ID tags in the filter box.

  • Remove individual tags - Click the X on a tag and then Apply filter to exclude it from the headcount.

  • Unselect All - Click the Unselect All button (top right of the dropdown) to clear all tags from the filter box.

Note - The overall headcount including all attendees is displayed by default when you first open your event page.


Filtering by Guest Names (Lower Filter)

  1. Click inside the lower filter box.

  2. Select one or more group ID tags.

  3. All guests with the selected tags are automatically listed in the results below.
