Adding a Tag to a Guest Barcode Scan

How to select and apply an existing Tag to a scanned barcode.

You can configure the check-in app to automatically apply one or more tags to every guest scanned.

  1. Select the Settings tab.

  2. Tap Tag on check-in.

  1. Toggle the required tag to the on position.

  2. Tap Back to return to the scan screen via the Settings area.

  3. Scan barcodes as normal. The selected tag is now applied to every scan.

Note: A grey circular tag icon appears on the scan screen to indicate that tags are being applied to each barcode scan. You will also notice the selected Tag is now added to the guest profile upon scanning. In this instance, the Gate 1 Tag has been added to the list of ID Tags for Harry Collins.
