You can manually search by a tickets barcode number when a printed ticket is damaged and cannot be scanned successfully.

Problem Ticket Scanning - Search and Admit by Barcode Number

If a barcode will not scan, you can manually search by barcode number to check the guest in.

Steps

  1. Tap the Can't scan barcode link on the Scan page.

  2. Select Search by barcode from the pop-up.

  3. Enter the barcode number and tap OK.

  4. Tap the correct ticket from the results list to check the guest in.

You can enter just the first few digits (for example, 5 or 6) to narrow down the results quickly.
