Accessing Guest History

Easily reference when a guest was created and their check-in history

Every guest in Qflow has a history log that records all administrative actions and check-in activity. Use this to review when a guest was added, edited, checked in, checked out, or had any other changes made to their record.

View History on the Web Dashboard

  1. Search for a guest using the search area on the event page.

  2. Open the guest's profile.

  3. Select the History tab to display the full history log.

The history tab shows a chronological list of all recorded events for that guest, including timestamps, the action performed, and which user or team member carried it out.


View History on the Check-in App

  1. Search for the guest on the Guest list tab.

  2. Tap the guest's name to open their profile.

  3. Tap the History button to view their check-in and administrative history.

The app displays the same history data as the web dashboard, including check-in times, check-out times, and any profile changes.


What History Records Include

  • Check-in and check-out events - timestamps for each entry and exit

  • Profile changes - edits to guest details such as name, email, tags, or notes

  • Administrative actions - when the guest was created, imported, or had invitations sent

  • Team member attribution - which team member performed each action

Guest history is also included in Excel and CSV exports from the web dashboard.
