Guest Notes Validation Pop-Up After Each Ticket Scan
When enabled, the check-in app displays a guest notes pop-up after each successful barcode scan. This lets the check-in host verify notes before admitting the guest.
Steps
Tap the Tap to scan button on the Scan screen.
Position the barcode within the scan window, approximately 6 to 10 inches from the device.
Hold steady until the camera focuses and scans the barcode. A success beep sounds on a successful scan (depending on the app sound setting).
Review the Guest notes displayed in the pop-up.
Tap Ok to check in the guest.
