You can manually search and admit a ticket using a guests name when a printed ticket is damaged and cannot be scanned successfully.

Problem Ticket Scanning - Search and Admit by Name

If a barcode will not scan, you can manually search by the guest's name to check them in.

Steps

  1. Tap the Can't scan barcode link on the Scan page.

  2. Select Search by guest name from the pop-up.

  3. Enter the guest's name or initials and tap OK.

  4. Tap the correct name from the results list to check the guest in.
