Tap the Tap to scan button on the Scan screen.
Scan the ticket barcode by placing the barcode within the scan window frame approximately 6 to 10" away from the barcode image.
Wait until the camera focuses and scans the barcode. Once successfully scanned you will hear a success beeb (subject to the app sound setting).
The Guest notes will appear within a screen pop up. The check-in host can now cross check the guest notes prior to checking in the guest.
Tap the Ok button to check-in the guest.
