Select the Can't scan ticket link in the header of the Scan page.
Select the Search by barcode option from the onscreen pop up.
Enter the barcode number and select OK. Please note - For speed of use you can enter the first few digits only ( i.e the first 5 or 6) and your search results will short list tickets based on the digits.
Tap the correct ticket from the displayed list to manually check them in.
