Wristband exchange (checkin and wristband exchange by the same person using the Qflow checkin app).

  • Check the guest in by scanning their ticket.

  • Tap the guest's name which is displayed on screen after a scan (highlighted in red). This will take you into the guest profile page.

  • Select the Assign Code option in the Update barcode section (lower part of the page).

  • Scan the wristband QR code.

  • Confirm the QR code number update via the on screen pop up. This will appear after you have successfully scanned the wristband code.

  • By selecting Yes the guest barcode will be updated to match the wristband barcode number, allowing the guest to be ID'ed instantly from a wristband scan.

Wristband exchange only (not including checkin first).

  • Search for a guest's name via the Guest list search or rescan their ticket.

  • Tap the name search / scan result to access their guest profile.

*If multiple instances of the guest name are listed (a multi purchase with only a lead name), please check if the barcode number matches the guest's exact ticket. You can do this by checking that the barcode number in the guest profile matches the entry ticket barcode number).

  • Scan the wristband QR code.

  • Confirm the QR code number update via the on screen pop up. This will appear after you have successfully scanned the wristband code.

  • Give the guest the wristband. They now can be ID'ed from a wristband scan.
